All Eproms we sell are warranted against defects in workmanship and
operation for 90 days from date of purchase.
All returns and exchanges are limited to 90 days from date of
purchase. Any Eproms received
for return/exchange after 90 days from date of purchase will be refused.
E-mail us if you have any
questions about returning Eproms.
Defective Eproms will be replaced free of charge, or a full refund will be given
(less shipping costs), if returned within 90 days from date of purchase, and
the Eprom is verified to be defective.
If you have an Eprom that you suspect is defective, you can:
Return the Eprom and we will test it to determine if it is defective. Defective
Eproms will be replaced at no charge. - or -
We can send out a replacement Eprom, but a charge for the replacement Eprom and
shipping will apply. This charge is refundable if your original Eprom is returned
within 30 days and is in fact determined to be defective.
Eprom warranty does not cover damage or problems
elsewhere in your game, whether caused by your game, yourself, or the Eprom.
Each Eprom we sell includes a labor charge (min $10), which is not
refundable. Any unused Eproms accepted for refund will be refunded their
purchase price, less the labor charge (shipping costs are not refundable).
There is no refund on shipping costs. Customer pays
for any and all shipping costs.
No refund will be given for any Eproms that are damaged in any way-
internally or externally, physically or electronically.
